It's almost January 2nd and that's the day my 6 month journey will begin. It's way to cliche to start something on the 1st. I don't want to stop at 6 months but stand back, take a long look in the mirror and see where to go from there. If you have ever struggled with your weight you know that it's overwhelming to think about being on a "diet" for the rest of your life. I know it's a lifestyle change but really it's a pretty easy equation.....less food in and more movement. Tweek it a little here and there to account for stalls, rough days and the human body. I can't do this alone and will head down this 6 month journey with help. Stay tuned and see how I evolve. I'm a busy wife, mom and friend but this new journey will involve a all natural, organic, work out at home (NO GYM NEEDED) style of program.
At the end of the day I just want to fit into "those" jeans that I have buried in the bottom of my closet, keep up with my kids, not feel winded and be cardio and body healthy for the long run.
